Penance (sorrow and regret for our sins and how not to do the wrong again), Confession (telling our sins to a priest), Reconciliation (entering back into a right relationship with God and with one another) are different names for the same celebration of God's gratuitous forgiveness in the Sacrament.  This is truly a sacrament celebrating God's love and forgiveness "no matter what!"

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated each Saturday from 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel.  Or call the office (203-797-0222) to make an appointment with one of our priests or see a priest prior to or after any daily of weekend Masses.

Several Communal Penance Services are held during the year as well.

One Sacrament in which sins committed after Baptism are forgiven. It results in reconciliation with God, self, neighbor and the Church.
